A.For the ham:
  1. Cut Holiday Ham into 1 inch thick steaks big enough to fit into your pans
  2. Fry Holiday Ham steaks in oil until golden brown. Remove Holiday Ham and save the pan for the sauce
B.For the gravy:
  1. 3 cloves of garlic
  2. 2 red onions, sliced
  3. 1 cup good coffee

  1. 1 -2 pcs tableya chocolate
  2. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  3. 1 pack of all purpose cream
  4. salt & pepper to taste
  5. Place the garlic and onions in the same pan, add more oil or butter if needed for sautéing
  6. Once the onions and garlic is cooked, about 5 minutes, add the coffee and bring to a boil add in the tableyas and sugar and melt finish with cream and season with salt and pepper
  7. Serve over Holiday Ham steaks with eggs and hash browns
